Returns.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear is final sale once delivered. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund.
