Who we are
Yours Truly Duchess ("YTD", "we", "us") is a UK-based lingerie brand.
Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g. pricing error, suspected fraud) with a full refund.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's payment terms.
Shipping

Returns
See our returns policy. Lingerie and underwear is final sale once delivered, for hygiene reasons. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Intellectual property

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order.
